Student Transfer Request

  • Eligibility
    This application is for students that are currently enrolled  in one of the  Calhoun County School zones (Alexandria, Ohatchee, Pleasant Valley, Saks, Weaver, Wellborn, White Plains) and would like to attend another school.   Transfer opportunities will be granted based upon availability at the receiving location.  In addition, applicants must currently be in good standing with attendance, grades and discipline in order to be eligible to receive a transfer.  If approved, the parent/guardian is responsible for transporting the student to and from school daily.
    Upon receipt of an approved Student Transfer Request, parent(s)/guardian(s) must submit payment of the following fees within 7 business days:
    • Individual Student:   $1,000.00
    • Two Students: $1,500.00
    • Three or more students: Maximum fee of $2,000.00 
    Payments may be submitted in person at the Calhoun County Schools Board of Education by cash, cashiers check, money order, or online via the MySchoolBucks portal.
