I have been teaching at Wellborn High School for 23 years.  I am a proud member of the Wellborn community and a 1990 graduate. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) in Collaborative Teaching K-12, and a Master of Science Degree (M.S.) in Educational Administration P-12, both from Jacksonville State University.  Currently, I am working on my Educational Specialist Degree (Ed.S.) at the University of West Alabama.  My daughter, Taylor, graduated from Wellborn in 2012, and Auburn University in 2017.  My son, Will, graduated from Wellborn in 2021, and is a sophomore at Jacksonville State University. I have been extremely blessed in many ways, one of which is truly loving my job. After all these years, I still enjoy walking through these doors and seeing all of our students'  beautiful faces. Wellborn kids are the best and have a special place in my heart. I am very honored to have the opportunity to help them succeed.
