My name is Ben Carroll, and I am very excited and blessed to be teaching and coaching at my alma mater, Wellborn High School! I am a 2000 graduate of WWHS and I graduated with my BS in Secondary Education from JSU in 2018. I am certified in History, Social Studies and Physical Education. I am currently teaching Government & Economics to the seniors, as well as 10th grade U.S. History. I am the Head JH Football & Baseball coach and the Head Varsity Wrestling coach. This is my fifth year teaching and third year at Wellborn. 

I am married to Amanda Carroll, and she teaches 4th grade at Wellborn Elementary. We have three children – Chelsea, Chase and Ethan. We also have one grandson Zeke. Chelsea and Chase both graduated from Wellborn and Ethan is currently in his sophomore year. I love coaching, traveling and spending time with my family. I also love my Wellborn community!
