Mrs. Christy Cook

Welcome to the counseling webpage!  I am so excited to be the guidance counselor at OES!  This is my 23rd year in education and year 22 at OES.  While at OES I've taught kindergarten, first, and third grade.  This is my sixth year as the guidance counselor.

I am a graduate of Jacksonville State University where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in 2001, and my Masters of Science in School Counseling in 2008.  After graduating with my Bachelor's degree, I taught Pre-K in Rome, Georgia before I came to OES .

I've been married to Daniel Cook for 19 years.  We stay very busy with our three children Carter 17, Palin 15 and Callie Sue 11.
