Welcome to my classroom webpage! I have been teaching fror 15 years. I am the 6th grade Social Studies teacher at Alexandria Middle School. I also coach JV Volleyball and am an assistant in Varsity Softball. I am married to Brian Hess who is the head softball coach at Alexandria. We have three beautiful daughters who keep us very busy with their activiites. 

I graduated from Jacksonville State University with a BS in Elementary Education. I also played softball at JSU for four years. 

I look foward to this school year, getting to teach and work with your children. My goal is to instill a love of history in them!!
